Dear guests!

For your relaxation, in order to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes, please read and follow the rules of the house. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the accommodation may be cancelled by the host and the cost of the accommodation will not be refunded. 

The apartment is self-catering and non-smoking!

Deposit: 20 % of the booking price is due to pay in advance on the day of arrival.

The full amount of the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage and no excess consumption of energy (water, gas, electricity). 

Check-in/ Check-out

The host or a representative will be on site on arrival and departure.

On the day of arrival, the accommodation can be occupied between 14:00 and 18:00hrs (2 pm – 6 pm).

On the day of departure: latest at 10:00 am please, hand over the apartment, approximately as clean as it was at the arrival, tidy, (free of rubbish), complete and without any damage. Any discrepancies or deficiencies must be reported to and settled with the accommodation provider or his representative.

Cleaning. On request, or for longer stays, once a week: dust cloth, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket.

For stays of less than 6 nights, we do not clean the laundry or empty the dustbin. According to the new EU law, the collection of garbage is selective, so please take care to place your garbage in the appropriate labeled garbage container.

It is forbidden to throw food waste, grease, oil, garbage into the sink and into the toilet bowl, which can cause blockages! Food scraps, green waste, etc.. can be composted, so it goes to compost. Oil and grease residues should be poured into the can under the kitchen sink. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness and for keeping the accomodation safe and sound.

If you leave the apartment, the windows, doors, entrance door, all locks have to be locked twice, the sunshade is to be locked, the taps are to be turned off, the electrical appliances (wall boiler, TV, router, telephone, etc.) should be unplugged in case of a storm or lightning. Do not leave clothes or fragile objects drying on the terrace to avoid possible damage from windstorms.

We CANNOT be responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings or valuables left in the accommodation without irresponsibly!

Smoking is forbidden in the entire interior of the accommodation (including the staircase). In the presence of children and minors, keeping a distance of 5 meters is obligatory! Animals are not allowed in the whole area of the property!  Reprogramming of electrical devices is allowed only with the permission of the owner!

Weapons, drugs, flammable and explosive substances are forbidden in the whole property! The use of any electrical appliances (except for telephones or life-saving devices) is not allowed without the permission of the host! It is forbidden to let in the whole area of the accommodation any person(s) who are not registered. Any damage caused accidentally or intentionally to the owner’s property or its value, whether accidental or intentional, shall be covered 100% by the person who caused the damage (guest).

It is forbidden to move or rearrange the furniture inside the property, to take out the internal – external utensils and objects from the property!

The owner does not have the right to enter the guest’s accommodation during his absence. Exceptions are made for safety reasons or to prevent damage to property. In this case, the guests must be informed of the incident at the next meeting. If there is any suspicion that damage has occurred to the equipment or utensils, the guest must let the owner, landlord or his representative in for the time necessary to check and repair the damage.

The owner or landlord has the right to terminate the agreement and take the necessary measures (including formal action) if the guest(s) do not respect the rules of coexistence, disturb the peace, or behave in a way that is disturbing, offensive or endangers the physical safety of any person (weekly). In this case, if any official costs of proceedings are incurred or damage is caused by the guest(s), the guest(s) shall be liable to pay them at their own expense.

Deposit: 20 % of the total amount of the price is due to pay at the arrival, before occupation of the accommodation, and is refundable if the guest leave the accommodation in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. In case of unjustified excess consumption of energy (water, gas, electricity), the excess will be deducted 100% (on the day of arrival and departure the host and the guest will take a separate photo of the utility meter to avoid any dispute).
